We understand what can be automated within OnBase, and that will positively impact both our customers and the global Hyland community at-large.”The first asset, released in December 2019, will provide a lifecycle integration within a user’s OnBase environment, using OnBase’s Unity API to obtain “Document Handles” for documents that are in lifecycles. The second asset, also released in December 2019, will provide integration with Hyland’s Onbase application by using the Unity API to retrieve keywords via the document handle ID and can be used in conjunction with the first asset.
