What is KeyMark?
KeyMark is an enterprise content intelligence company. We help organizations and agencies turn their buried or unstructured content — the documents, forms, emails, and images where business information lives — and turn it into clean, governed content that fuels human decision-making and AI.

What do we mean by Enterprise Content Intelligence?
Enterprise Content Intelligence is the discipline of turning unstructured content into governed, actionable information at enterprise scale. It’s transforming content beyond optical character recognition, which only reads text, and beyond document management, which only stores files. Content intelligence is identifying what the content on a document says, what it means, confirming it’s correct, keeping it compliant, and serving the results for AI agents to learn from and humans to rely on.
What is unstructured content and how does KeyMark help?
Your enterprise content can come in many shapes, forms, and formats, and through many ingestion points. But up to 90% of content that could be improving decision-making is difficult for humans to find and for machines to read. We exist to change that.

Introduction and discovery
You'll connect with a KeyMark teammate to get acquainted, ask/answer questions, provide up-front details about your organization, and review what you’re looking to accomplish.
Identifying Pain-points
Once situated with an account manager, we’ll ask some more in-depth questions about your organization's short-term and long-term goals. We'll want to take a look at some of your most frequently used and problematic document types.
Solution identification
We'll identify the best solutions that match your situation. We may suggest KeyMark-owned or built solutions if they are the right fit, a selection from our arsenal of carefully vetted and reliable partner systems, or, if it's a problem we've not seen in our 30 years of expertise, we'll point you to people who can help. Where a customer already runs an established enterprise content platform, we can work within it rather than ripping out what you already have.
Solution activation and go live
We'll build and test the solution, train your team on the new workflows, and set a go-live date that works for you. On go-live day, we help with the technical cutover by migrating configurations, retiring legacy processes, and validating everything in production. Then, stay hands-on to catch and resolve issues in real time.
Access to Support & Professional Services
Once live, we stick around, a communication away, to support your day-to-day questions and provide technical assistance, additional training, and update support. Connect with our teams for additional enhancements, integrations, or future project expansions.
