Jim Wanner is the founder, Chief Strategic Advisor, and Chairman of the Board at KeyMark, an intelligent automation systems integrator headquartered in Liberty, SC. KeyMark delivers artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent document processing and capture (IDP), enterprise content management (ECM), case management, virtual collaboration, and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to businesses and government organizations. KeyMark helps clients leverage technology to maximize productivity and increase efficiency.
Jim established KeyMark in 1996, leading the company as CEO for three decades. During his tenure, KeyMark succeeded in national recognition and success, achieving premier partnership status with the biggest names in automation software, including Hyland, UiPath, Blue Prism, and Tungsten (formerly Kofax). Jim also inspired innovation that led to the creation of several solutions that became pivotal to the growth and success of the company, including CloudCapture, KeyMark Cloud, and Forms InMotion – and filled product offering gaps with the acquisition of FileHold Systems ULC, IMR Digital, and Document Conversion Associates (DCA).

Jim, whose background is in automated data management, graduated from James Madison University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, When he is not spending time with his family around Clemson, SC, Jim is most likely found continuing to engage Team KeyMark in an advisory role, while connecting with customers, vendor partners and employees by asking “how are we doing?” and “what can we do better?” Before forming KeyMark, Jim worked for a systems integrator in Northern Virginia and for a marketing firm in South Carolina.
