Blue Prism RPA Augments Forms InMotion’s Form Automation Capabilities
KeyMark, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions and value-added reseller, has developed the “Forms InMotion Output Translator” to give integration between Forms InMotion and Blue Prism’s robotic process automation (RPA) solution. The development of this asset, which is available on the Blue Prism Digital Exchange, puts KeyMark into Blue Prism’s Technology Alliance Program (TAP).
According to Blue Prism, the TAP program is “a joint engineering approach with the world’s most innovative companies. [TAP] augments the Digital Workforce with deep technology partnerships that promote enterprise Digital Transformation.”

Forms InMotion is a forms automation tool, which centralizes pdf and html forms, making them accessible on any device – at any time – and keeping them connected to an organization’s most important data sources.
The “output translator” that has been created uses KeyMark’s Forms InMotion application to translate data from a text file and allows it to be used in a downstream process or application. In doing this, a user can:
- Extend form automations
- Easily output data to multiple systems
- Add additional workflow through Blue Prism
- Expand the security provided by Forms InMotion with Blue Prism
