KeyMark was recently honored at Hyland Software’s 2017 Team OnBase Conference as an OnBase Diamond Support Award winner and awarded Platinum Partner Status. A leading enterprise content management (ECM) solutions provider and value-added reseller, KeyMark has received Hyland’s prestigious Diamond Award for 15 years in a row.
KeyMark has been a leading reseller of OnBase ECM software since 1999 and has received multiple recognitions as a top partner, including Diamond Support status every year since 2003 and 10 previous Platinum Partner Status awards.
Hyland sets criteria for the Diamond Award based on training, customer retention, ratio of employees providing support to customers, and percentages of customers using the current software release. Customer feedback also plays a critical role, with the award requiring a customer retention rate of 95 percent or better measured through annual renewals and customer satisfaction surveys. Platinum Partner Status is awarded to Hyland’s top-performing partners based on sales revenues.
