KeyMark Promotes Michael Grunden to Director of Sales Operations

KeyMark, a leading systems integrator in the enterprise content management (ECM) software industry, has promoted Michael Grunden to Director of Sales Operations. Grunden will be responsible for account management and operational efficiency of KeyMark’s sales operations.

Grunden works out of KeyMark’s Camp Hill, Pennsylvania office. He first joined IMR (acquired by KeyMark in 2015) in 1995 in the customer service department and held multiple positions throughout the years, most recently serving as Process Manager for KeyMark’s Northeast operations. Grunden’s extensive customer focused experience makes him well suited to oversee customer-facing requests, renewals and questions.
