KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation provider and value-added reseller, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by Greenville Business Magazine, Columbia Business Monthly, and Charleston Business Magazine.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“We are incredibly honored to receive this award as a Top Workplace,” said Stephen Middleton, KeyMark’s Vice President of Human Resources. “Our employees have continued to do an amazing job and we are proud of the honest feedback from them as it always helps us improve as an organization.”
KeyMark also received a special Communication award. The Communication award is presented to the workplace where employees feel well-informed about important decisions at the company.
This is the third year in a row that KeyMark has been awarded this honor. KeyMark employees have been working from home since early March of 2020 to combat the spread of COVID-19, so the award takes on even more meaning.
Only 43 companies in all of South Carolina made the Top Workplaces list of 2021.
