KeyMark Inc., a South Carolina-based document management solution provider has acquired Oregon-based Encore Imaging Systems. Encore Imaging Systems provides document capture and management solutions to organizations with paper-bound business processes. Like KeyMark, Encore Imaging Systems is a reseller of Kofax and Hyland Software’s OnBase® enterprise content management (ECM) software suite. As part of the agreement, KeyMark will also acquire Magician. Magician is a product engineered to integrate GE Healthcare Centricity Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with both OnBase and Kofax.
