KeyMark Awarded Best Places to Work 2022 in SC
KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation provider and systems integrator, was recognized in the Best Places to Work in South Carolina 2022 awards by SC Biz News and the Best Companies Group. The commendation marks KeyMark’s seventh consecutive year receiving a Best Places to Work award among medium employers. KeyMark CEO Jim Wanner made the announcement.
“It’s always exciting to be included in these yearly programs that highlight great places to work in our area for even greater people to find new and exciting professional opportunities,” Wanner said. “While we are proud of the achievement, seven consecutive years of recognition wouldn’t have happened without the honest feedback from our valuable employees. The Best Places to Work 2022 survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina. Companies had to meet an initial criteria demonstrating their positive influence on the state before being nominated. Once nominated, remaining organizations received scores based on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. These scores were then combined with staff scores recorded by an anonymous survey. Lastly, final scores were tallied, ranked, and sorted by organization size.
