Blue Ridge BPO Will Help Customers Outsource their Back Office
KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation provider and systems integrator, today announced the launch of Blue Ridge BPO, a new business unit underneath the KeyMark brand. The Blue Ridge BPO team will assume all roles for data entry, data extraction, indexing, capture and more for KeyMark customers with back-office function needs. While KeyMark has been offering these services since 1996, recent demand and advances in technology have prompted the creation of a dedicated business unit.
BPO stands for “business process outsourcing,” and it refers to the oftentimes manual paper-to-digital scanning and indexing aspects of a business.
“Scanning and indexing is often the very beginning of a process that organizations seek to automate,” said KeyMark CEO Jim Wanner. “Through the creation of Blue Ridge BPO, we can better serve our customers by providing outstanding outsourcing and document processing services, to help them achieve true end-to-end automation.”
The creation of the Blue Ridge BPO entity was made official in January of 2020, and its services are available now.

Blue Ridge BPO will continue KeyMark’s capability to provide invoice processing, digital mailroom outsourcing, data processing, document conversions and more.
