KeyMark Acquires Business Process Automation Provider in Albany, NY

KeyMark, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions and value-added reseller of Hyland Software, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire business process automation provider Information Solutions (ISI), based out of Albany, NY. ISI designs, implements and supports business process automation solutions and is a licensed reseller of OnBase by Hyland, OnBase AnyDoc, Merge, Softlinx and Panasonic.

“We consistently look for opportunities to serve more customers, and ISI provides an exciting opportunity for KeyMark to do just that through an expanded footprint in the northeast,” commented Jim Wanner, KeyMark CEO.

In January, KeyMark received Hyland’s Platinum Sales Partner award for the 12^th time and the Diamond Support Award for the 16^th consecutive year.

All ISI team members have joined the KeyMark family, including Ed Macomber as a Technical Services Manager and Stephen Helbling as Senior Applications Engineer within the Professional Services department and Chris Ingoglia as a Solutions Architect within the Sales department. Dane Woodward, ISI’s Managing Partner, is taking advantage of this opportunity and has decided to retire.
