KeyMark announced the purchase of information management provider IMR, which is based in Camp Hill, Penn. As part of the purchase, KeyMark acquired IMR’s Document Conversion & Business Process Outsourcing Center and has rebranded it under the name IMR Digital. It will continue to support existing customers, as well as KeyMark customers with document and media conversion services, while also greatly expanding its business process outsourcing (BPO) offerings.
