KeyMark, a leader in the enterprise content management software industry, will hold its annual Horizons conference on Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency Greenville, in downtown Greenville, S.C. Designed for individuals of all skill levels, KeyMark’s Horizons conference gives participants the opportunity to exchange information and ideas on document management with their peers, while also learning about the latest innovations. This year’s event will feature former Navy SEAL and best-selling author Senior Chief Thom Shea SOCS (Ret.) as the keynote speaker. 
Shea is the CEO of Adamantine Alliance, a unique leadership and demanding human performance training organization. Shea works exclusively with “one person at a time” throughout the nation to ensure transformational performance results and, to date, has trained hundreds of individuals to master the Five Pyramids of Human Performance®, leading each through the intense training of Performance in the Margin®, the space where all performance occurs.
Before founding Adamantine Alliance, Shea served 23 years with distinguished Valor as a Navy SEAL. During his military career he served in three wars, ultimately leading a team of Navy SEALs into Afghanistan in 2009 where he earned a Silver Star, Bronze Star with Valor, Army Commendation with Valor and his second Combat Action Medal. He is the author of the national best-selling book, “UNBREAKABLE: A Navy SEAL’s Way of Life”.
