Global Lending Services, LLC has selected KeyMark Inc., an award-winning document management solution provider, to implement a hosted document management and workflow solution.
GLS is an automotive financing company based out of Atlanta, GA providing automotive financing to automobile dealerships in the United States. GLS recently acquired the business of Resurgent Auto Finance, which includes a $38 million loan portfolio and a funding and servicing platform.
The KeyMark solution includes hosting Hyland Software’s enterprise content management solution, OnBase, to house the existing GLS documents and facilitate day-forward capture and storage of documents. KeyMark will also export the recently acquired Resurgent Auto Finance documents and import them into OnBase Online along with GLS’s current auto loan documents.
