Amy is a highly experienced Support Engineer with an extensive education and work history in the IT and Software fields. Following her graduation from ITT Technical Institute with degrees in Computer Network Systems and Information Systems Security, Amy joined Hyland Software, Inc. where she served for 4+ years as a Support Analyst before moving to KeyMark’s Support team. In her career, Amy, who also has a degree in Computer Aided Architectural Design has worked for Cleveland’s Jencen Architecture as a Designer, Program Manager and trainer. Amy joined the KeyMark team in 2015 and is currently responsible for Supporting OnBase and Kofax, and for external training. Since joining KeyMark, she has been providing training at the annual Horizons conference and presenting an ever-increasing number of Webinars for KeyMark’s customers.
Things you should know about Amy:
  1. I was a secretary/administrative assistant for over 20 years, including for a literary agent.
  2. I attended Purdue University, working towards a combined degree in Electrical Engineering and Technical Theatre.
  3. I love Opera, Classical Music and Big Band music, and I used to Swing Dance.

What music do you listen to when no one is around?

Same thing I listen to when people are around: 60s, 70s & 80s pop and rock, and a lot of Duran Duran!

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

Reading, writing and floating down the French Broad River in Asheville, NC.

If you could go anywhere, right now, for 5 days all expenses paid, where would it be?

On a cruise in the Bahamas, with a stop at Atlantis Resort to swim with dolphins.
