OnBase User Groups (VOGUES)

OnBase User Groups are dedicated OnBase user forums where users come together to share ideas, create valuable dialogue, and provide feedback about utilizing technology to increase the effectiveness and efficiencies within their organizations.

OnBase User Groups allow you to acquire immediate-action take-aways that increase your operational knowledge, as well as your value to your organization.

The User Groups are comprised of the six Vertical OnBase Group of User Experts (VOGUE). The VOGUE groups are designed to bring together users within a designated industry. Since the members of your VOGUE are all in your same industry, they share the same industry concerns, applications and opportunities as you.

OnBase currently hosts the following vertical user groups:

  • Credit Union
  • Financial Services
  • Government
  • Healthcare
  • Higher Education
  • Insurance

Additionally, there are three OnBase Solutions Expert Groups (OSEG). The OSEG groups represent horizontal solutions to provide a venue for all OnBase users to build relationships with peers and influence the creation of innovative OnBase solutions.

Currently, OnBase hosts the following expert groups:

  • Accounting and Finance
  • Human Resources
  • Case Management.

To join one of the OnBase User Groups, please visit the User Groups tab on Hyland Community and request membership. Note, membership is for OnBase users only.
