KeyMark LLC., a provider and integration partner for enterprise AI data-readiness solutions and strategy, has been certified as a Best Place to Work in Technology by Best Companies Group (BCG), reflecting an employee-first culture in a traditionally highly digital vertical. The recognition is based on direct employee feedback gathered through BCG’s confidential survey process and workplace analysis.
The achievement adds to a growing list of KeyMark workplace honors, including consecutive recognition in South Carolina’s Best Places to Work program for over a decade. The inclusion in the technology-focused program arrives following a year of major growth moments with the acquisition of FileHold Systems ULC and All Star Software Systems – placing the company’s size at over 90 experienced technology professionals.
"This recognition affirms something I hold as a core leadership belief: a thriving culture isn't a perk, it's a business strategy," said KeyMark CEO, Ed McQuiston. "I've always believed that how we treat our people is directly reflected in how our people treat our customers. When your team genuinely loves where they work, that energy is contagious and our customers feel it. The remarkable satisfaction scores our customers consistently give us aren't a customer service metric; they're a testament to the culture our team has built together. I'm incredibly proud of this recognition, but honestly, the credit belongs entirely to our team."
The award review process was based on a two-part assessment, including an employer questionnaire covering policies, practices, and benefits, combined with an anonymous employee engagement survey. Companies are evaluated and ranked by organization size by the Best Companies Group, who has spent more than 20 years helping organizations earn recognition for workplace excellence across a range of industries.
KeyMark has invested steadily in maintaining its core as an employee-first workplace culture as the company scales through expanded HR programs, benefits, employee education and resources, community-engagement, office amenities, and a workplace environment that thrives through positive interpersonal relationships and collaboration. KeyMark’s progress is marked by the company’s Silver Cigna workforce designation and in ranking among the top 10 in South Carolina for Best Places to Work in 2025, its highest placement to date.
