2025 Courage Award – SC State Library
For Courage, consistently seeking new ways to innovate, developing applications to solve daily inefficiencies, and pursuing the adoption of OnBase to grant almost 50 state library directors with access to key information, the SC State Library is recognized as a Productivity Beast.
The Productivity Beast program is a customer recognition program hosted by KeyMark to highlight and reward an elite pack of customers, acknowledging the ongoing growth and success of agencies and businesses in one of three categories — Leadership, Courage, and Impact.

Eligible recipients for the recognition program are nominated by new and long term customers and KeyMark representatives, and then hand-selected based on values described in their nomination form. Recipients receive several benefits for obtaining a Productivity Beast accolade, including physical and digital display items and free registration to Hyland’s CommunityLIVE for the subsequent year.
