KeyMark expands market share and product strength in document management through new acquisition
KeyMark, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions and value-added reseller, closed on the acquisition of FileHold Systems Inc., a privately owned developer and producer of enterprise-grade document and records management software.
FileHold is a well-established player in document management, with two decades of history developing proprietary software to manage document management and record life cycle through secure storage, smart retrieval, and disposal within regulatory compliance. The deal that took effect on Dec. 31, 2024 brings the FileHold name and intellectual property into KeyMark’s current portfolio of in-house automation offerings under the name FileHold Systems ULC.

The acquisition marks a moment of considerable growth at KeyMark as the company bolsters its teams, clientele, and product strength with resources gained through the acquisition.
