Join the KeyMark Government Team, fellow government agency and county representatives from across the region, and the furry (or scaly) friends of the Riverbanks Zoo & Garden in Columbia, SC for the annual KeyMark Government Summit!
This year KeyMark looks forward to connecting with government departments to discuss strategies for streamlining operations, improving constituent service, and reducing costs. Particularly during this time of AI pervasiveness, we’re eager to meet up and discuss what features of AI can bring real value to government agencies and counties, and what can be ignored.
This exclusive, one-day event will feature keynote speakers, expert panel discussions, networking, and some special drop-ins/swing-bys from extra special guests curious what all the fuss is about. Breakfast and lunch are provided, just please don’t feed said special guests.
After the main session, stay for our happy hour to grab a bite and a sip with Team KeyMark — then let your wild side roam as you explore the zoo.

Attendees will participate in keynote presentations, expert panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Sessions will focus on streamlining operations, improving constituent services, and leveraging AI effectively in government settings.
At this time, the summit is an in-person event only. No virtual options are available.
No! Attendance is completely free.
The summit will be held inside the Ndoki Lodge at Riverbanks Zoo & Garden (500 Wildlife Parkway, Columbia SC 29210). All main sessions, panels, presentations, and the happy hours will take place in this location.
Yes. Admission tickets are required for entry to the Zoo, for you and your guests. Your ticket is an all-day admission pass*, so you’re welcome to leave and return at any time — just be sure to keep your ticket for re-entry.
You and your guests can pick up a complimentary ticket at the KeyMark check-in table located by the Zoo entrance during the following times:
8:45 – 10:00 AM (for Summit sessions)
2:00 – 3:00 PM (for Happy Hour arrivals)
If you are unable to pick up your tickets during the designated times, please call 864-765-1901 for assistance.
*The Zoo closes early at 5pm this October so attendees are unable to stay past the designated event time

Yes, you can connect to the Wi-Fi network – ZooGuestWifi.
Once you go to your settings and select ZooGuestWifi, please wait for a browser to pop up. It will ask you to ‘accept’ the terms of using the Wi-Fi. Once accepted, you will be connected to the Wi-Fi.
Yes, complimentary parking is available in the Riverbanks Zoo & Garden visitor parking lot.
Yes! Breakfast and lunch will be served during the summit. During Happy Hour, attendees and their guests can enjoy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar.
Yes! Guests are welcome to join for Happy Hour and explore the zoo. However, if a guest wishes to attend the main summit sessions, they must register separately.

There is no official hotel block for this event. However, we recommend the Aloft Columbia Downtown Hotel for convenient accommodations.
