Liberty, SC – KeyMark, a provider and integration partner for AI business automation and unstructured document data solutions, announced the promotion of Jason Lattin from Director of Professional Services to Vice President of Customer Services. In addition, Jim Hall has been promoted to Director of Professional Services, and Jason Sweedyk to Engagement Manager.

As VP of Customer Services, Lattin will be responsible for all customer-facing service lines, including professional services, managed services, system administration services, robotic process automation (RPA), customer support, and KeyMark’s intelligent document capture-as-a-service solution – CloudCapture.
Hall will be responsible for project-based enterprise content management (ECM) and intelligent document processing (IDP) professional services, managing all engagement teams. Sweedyk will take on an expanded role as a team lead for professional services.
