Eustis’ Senior Position Strengthens KeyMark Support
KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation solution provider and value-added reseller, announced that Tyler Eustis has been promoted to Senior Support Engineer.
As a Senior Support Engineer, Eustis will be providing front-line support to customers and assisting other team members.
Eustis earned this new role by showing proven expertise in technical support of KeyMark’s product offerings and it will allow him to provide mentorship to other members of KeyMark’s support staff. Eustis has earned a number of certifications including OCI, OCAPI, OCSE, OCWV, and OCWE.

Eustis has been with KeyMark since 2017 where he was instrumental as a support engineer, providing support to KeyMark’s customer base. Eustis graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.
