KeyMark Promotes Five, Takes the Next Step in Long Term Growth Strategy

KeyMark Promotions - Fall 2018

KeyMark, a leading provider of business process automation solutions and a value-added reseller, announced today that it has promoted five full-time employees in an effort to pave the way for future expansion and growth.

“As KeyMark continues to see growth, the development of our employees should match,” commented KeyMark CEO Jim Wanner. “Each of the employees who received advancement earned their promotion because they epitomize what it means to be collaborative and customer-focused.

The Sales organization has created two new Director positions: one to lead its commercial Sales team and the other to lead its government team. Both positions will report to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jami Mullikin.

“The structure of our sales team now provides our customers access to a team of consultants with greater experience in their specific markets. Buying a solution before understanding how to best use it can be a challenge, and our new Director roles provide additional consulting resources to properly assess customer needs before making a purchase,” said Mullikin.

John Lawhead will assume the position as Director, Commercial Sales after beginning his career at KeyMark in 2004 upon graduation from Clemson University. John has held roles as Solutions Analyst and most recently Sales Executive before being promoted to Sales Director.

KeyMark Professional Services will shift Amy Halperin from its support team to a new role dedicated to end user training. Amy, who holds degrees in Computer Network Systems, Information Systems Security, and Computer Aided Architectural Design, worked as a Support Analyst at Hyland Software before moving to KeyMark’s Support team in 2015.

The support department has promoted Leah Rice to Support Supervisor. Leah worked for 13 years in financial services before coming to KeyMark in 2012 as a Support Engineer. Leah will lead a team who is responsible for providing world-class support to KeyMark customers. Leah will report to Britt Burnett, Director of Support.

Former Sales Executive, Jason Lattin, has been named Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) to lead KeyMark’s Project Management organization. In his career, Jason has worked for Sombra in various consulting roles and for ImageRight as Vice President, Development before coming to KeyMark as a Sales Representative in 2016.

Andy Heller has also joined KeyMark’s Professional Services team as Project Manager. Heller has spent more than 15 years in the Enterprise Content Management industry. Heller will report out of the Camp Hill, PA office.

KeyMark has created a management position in Professional Services for former Support and Integration Services team member Jim Hall, who will manage a team for smaller OnBase projects that will provide better service to existing customers with shorter lead times. Hall is a 2011 graduate of Clemson University.

“We have big plans for future growth and this was a big step to take toward reaching those milestones,” said Cameron Boland, VP Operations. “These promotions benefit not only the employee but also our customer base.

KeyMark recently moved into a new 23,000 square-foot headquarters in Liberty, SC in order to accommodate its sustained growth.
