As a part of the Infrastructure and Systems Support team at KeyMark, Chris Alston and Beaty Thomas will provide direct technical support to KeyMark’s customers as required, as well as act as a liaison between KeyMark’s vendors and the customer when vendor involvement is required. Additionally, Alston will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Infrastructure and Support Services as required with the support or KeyMark’s internal systems.
Alston recently graduated with honors from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. While at Clemson, Alston had the opportunity to work on many class projects in software development and administration, including designing a Java-based email client, working with and processing Big Data, and most recently, working with a team to develop a badge tracking system for the Clemson Data Center.
Beaty earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts – History from The Citadel in 2006 and is currently finishing his second degree, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Clemson University. He recently completed his tour with the United States Army, where he served as an Infantry Officer leading Soldiers in combat in Iraq and as an instructor at the School of Infantry.
As a Systems Engineer on the Professional Services team, Kyle will be responsible for designing and implementing custom OnBase and Kofax integration solutions.
Kyle graduated in 2012 from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He most recently worked as a Software Engineer in the enterprise content management (ECM) at a national food service distributor.
