KeyMark Hires Rob Augustinsky and Laura Ward
KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation provider and value-added reseller, welcomes Rob Augustinsky and Laura Ward to a growing company. CEO Jim Wanner made the announcement.
“It’s been a busy time in HR as KeyMark continues to bring great talent into the workplace,” Wanner said. “We’re excited that Rob has joined our growing team of Service Engineers to further expand our service offerings to customers by wielding his hands-on experience with the OnBase product. Laura, on the other hand, will take up a critical role here at KeyMark, combining her marketing and sales know-how and vast experience in business development to connect prospects with solutions that help them improve business operations.”
Augustinsky joins KeyMark as a Service Engineer where he will be responsible for building current and future managed services offerings. Previous to his employment at KeyMark, Augustinsky grew specialized skills in software support in the window and door industry before joining Hyland as a Technical Support Specialist and Solution Consultant. He holds a bachelor’s in computer science with a minor in mathematics from Youngstown State University.
Ward takes on the role of Business Development Specialist at KeyMark where she will be responsible for increasing the sales pipeline — utilizing daily communication with marketing and sales, and nurturing and qualifying new business leads. Ward brings nearly two decades of experience in business development. She obtained her bachelor’s in health and healthcare administration and management from Lander University.
