KeyMark, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions and value-added reseller, announced today that it has added mulitiple employees over the summer to its business process outsourcing (BPO) team at its Liberty, SC headquarters.
KeyMark’s CloudCapture team is dedicated to scanning and capturing document information and placing it into the proper workflows within an organization. The technology and service offered by KeyMark is commonly referred to as BPO.
“We are excited about the addition of so many talented people to the KeyMark team,” said VP Human Resources Stephen Middleton. “These hires will allow KeyMark to continue to provide the best in business process outsourcing solutions for both our current and future customers.”
KeyMark’s latest hires are part of a larger effort to provide best-in-class business process outsourcing services through the creation of CloudCapture. The team assumes all roles for data entry, data extraction, indexing, capture and more for KeyMark customers with back-office function needs. While KeyMark has been offering these services since 1996, recent demand and advances in technology have prompted the creation of a dedicated business unit.
