Tom was raised outside of Philadelphia before moving to a farm near Harrisburg. He brings a grounded, people-focused perspective shaped by diverse life experiences. As the oldest of three siblings, he developed leadership skills early on, spending years training horses and raising dogs. Tom earned a degree in Anthropology from American University in Washington, DC, cultivating a strong understanding of human behavior and culture.
