Matt grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, where his family still lives in the home he was raised in—something that continues to ground and inspire him. After playing collegiate golf at Erskine College and earning his master’s degree from Clemson University, he moved to Dallas in 2021 and quickly embraced the city’s energy and sports culture.
Outside of work, he’s often on the golf course or reading a biography, two passions that reflect his curiosity and dedication to continual growth. He remains closely connected to his family back home, especially his three beloved nieces and nephews.
