Things you should know about Craig:
  • Craig ran cross-country and track and field in Jr. High and Sr. High School
  • My family has had foreign exchange students from Japan, Taiwan and Germany stay with us
  • Craig has served as a youth leader in his local church when living in New York
  • Q + A with Craig

What’s the most unusual place you have visited?

Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington State.  Mt. Baker is known for the all-time North American seasonal snowfall record of 95 feet for the 1998/1999 winter season. It’s a great place to hike or ski.

If you could go anywhere, right now, for 5 days all expenses paid, where would it be?

I would love to visit Germany, especially the Bavarian region, to learn more about where my ancestors lived. And see two of the foreign exchange students that stayed with us.

What is your favorite quote, and why?

Albert Einstein has two good ones:

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

And also goes with “Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.”

These quotes remind me that failure is not the roadblock to success, just a detour.
