If you haven’t heard, Gartner recently named Hyland to its annual Magic Quadrant for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management. This announcement is big news for a number of reasons. For starters, OnBase was among only 13 vendors recognized for offering case management frameworks and only after being rigorously evaluated on its overall vision and ability to execute.

onbase-logo-160Gartner just recently started to evaluate vendors based on their abilities to meet this emerging technology category and specifically their ability to develop “configurable ‘apps’ designed to help application leaders accelerate the delivery of unique and flexible case management solutions.”

This is the second straight year that OnBase has been honored with this award, and it’s a testament to OnBase’s commitment to delivering dynamic case management solutions that solve real business needs. You can read more about it on the OnBase blog or their newsroom.

One Platform. Unlimited Potential.

Why am I such a big believer in OnBase? It’s a single enterprise information solution that makes it easier to manage information, processes and cases, no matter the size of your organization or the industry you serve. Instead of bringing together separate solutions, OnBase delivers a single platform that empowers you to configure applications that solve your own unique business challenges, all without the need for custom development work which can so easily bog down your organization for months — or even years — at a time.

After all, case management is not an easy beast to tame. The work itself is often highly unstructured and unpredictable. However, with OnBase, you have the ability to centralize and manage all data and documents surrounding a case, while still leveraging all of the other features of the platform like automating processes, following business rules or integrating with other core systems.

You also have the freedom to choose between completely custom case management solutions or leveraging partially pre-built solutions as a starting point. This flexibility is one big reason why OnBase’s approach to case management is such a good fit for so many different types of organizations, from insurance companies to healthcare organizations, from government agencies to a wide range of private enterprises.

Seeing Is Believing.

I’ve seen firsthand how OnBase has helped make organizations smarter, leaner and more nimble. But you don’t have to take my word for it — you can experience the awesomeness for yourself by requesting a demo. Contact us today to start the conversation.
