Wow, it’s been an exciting 2015 for KeyMark and our customers! With growth comes change, and change often brings new relationships, roles and responsibilities. We wanted to take a moment to make sure all of our customers know that we are here for you, so we created this cheat sheet.

1. KeyMark believes the best customer is an existing customer.

We recognize that a customer who owns a KeyMark solution has very different needs than a customer who needs a KeyMark solution. To best serve existing customers, our dedicated Inside Sales Team is here to answer questions about products, assist with solution expansions, and provide updates about beneficial product changes related to your business.

2. KeyMark hosts an annual Horizons Conference in May that provides customers with free training, networking and peer collaboration.

Our annual KeyMark Horizons Conference is where users of all experience levels get together to network and exchange ideas with their peers. The conference includes training and educational sessions, covering such topics as data capture, mobility, enterprise solutions, and forms management. Horizons 2015 is May 19-20 in Greenville, SC. 3. Our dedicated Professional Services team had a 94.5% customer satisfaction score in 2014.

With an average of 13 years of experience in the document management industry, KeyMark’s Professional Services team is a group of trusted advisors consisting of experienced ECM experts and project managers to design and implement your solution.

4. When you need resources, we’ve got you covered with our staff augmentation services.

The 25,000-square-foot facility handles document conversion services, such as scanning, data extraction and classification, microfilm processing and film writing, and business process outsourcing and insourcing services for mailroom, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
