Fine Print
This promotion is open exclusively to current KeyMark customers who are legal U.S. residents and 18 years of age or older. One main conference pass ($1,395 value) per person. Travel, hotel, and other related expenses are not included.
Guaranteed Pass – Customer Spotlight:
Customers who complete the [Spotlight Form] and agree to be contacted for a potential testimonial (video, blog, or podcast) will receive one complimentary main conference pass. Submission guarantees a ticket while supplies last. Selection for public-facing content is subject to availability, but the ticket is not contingent on final use of testimonial materials.
As part of the form, participants will be asked to agree to a media release consent checkbox, granting KeyMark permission to use their name, likeness, and testimonial in marketing materials. The full release terms will be provided at the time of form submission.
Optional Upgrade Drawing:
All customer spotlight participants may opt in to be entered into a drawing to win an upgraded pass that includes both the main conference and Hyland training. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
Chance-Based Entry – Survey:
Completing the 2-minute survey or reposting counts as one entry into a drawing for a free main conference pass. These entries do not guarantee a pass. Winners will be selected based on eligibility and at KeyMark’s discretion.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter the upgraded pass giveaway without completing any of the above activities, eligible customers may email caroline.ramackers@keymarkinc.com with the subject line “CommunityLIVE Giveaway Entry” and include their full name, organization, and preferred contact email. All AMOE entries must be received by July 14, 2025.
Tax Disclosure:
The fair market value of the complimentary conference pass is $1,395. Ticket recipients may be required to complete a W-9 and may receive a 1099-MISC form in accordance with IRS guidelines. Please consult your tax advisor.
Use of Submissions:
If quoted or featured, you will be asked to complete a media release and testimonial consent form. For survey quotes, you may opt to remain anonymous or request company name redaction.
