After two years Invesco has 70+ processes in production across 3 regions with 9 business functions and 23 sub functions. Robotic process automation Digital Workers are actively helping analysts gather data and reducing the manual workload in areas like RFPs, SOX compliance and real estate research, leading to a 90% increase in time efficiency. All of this has given Invesco’s analysts and portfolio managers a competitive advantage over companies using a more traditional investment approach.

Invesco saw a monetary savings of $3.59M (NPV) and 90% time savings in the processes that were automated. They are now up to over 70 automated processes across 3 regions, automating 9 business functions and 23 sub functions.
This innovation led Invesco to win the 2020 global Excellence in RPA Award for Longstanding Innovation. This award was given to the customer with a longstanding partnership with Blue Prism and who has scaled its Digital Workforce to achieve goals that were unimaginable when its RPA journey began. Other key criteria for this award were: scale across multiple business functions and exceeding its original value proposition with additional benefits.
