Hello everyone! I hope you are already enjoying a beautiful fall with family and friends. There is so much going on that I wanted to share a few thoughts and hopefully help us all thrive in the future. So, here we go, the six important things on my mind today:

The Importance of Paying Maintenance Invoices on Time

It is critical that customers pay KeyMark maintenance invoices on time to minimize the risk of service and support disruption as well as vendor late fees and penalties. Effective immediately, both Hyland and Kofax will be enforcing delinquent payments with fees and service interruptions. To make the renewal process as efficient as possible, we developed a workflow that allows our finance team to ensure your invoice is promptly sent and we can easily report on any past due invoices. Please take this reminder very seriously!

We cannot stress to you enough the importance of getting your payments to us AT LEAST 4 business days ahead of when your maintenance expires so we can process your payment and get the vendor paid within terms.

We are here to help, however, without your cooperation you are at risk of support and service disruption and/or vendor fees. Should you have additional questions please feel free to reach out to your account manager immediately.
