Docuport

Docuport™ is a robust application that enables the import of OPEX generated images and metadata and assigns them Kofax Batches, Folders, Form Types and Document index values. KeyMark created Docuport to provide seamless integration for technology components used in the mailroom.

With Docuport, you will be able to auto-archive completed batches for scheduled removal, remove expired archived batches based on a defined time period and move trouble batches into an error archive for administrative attention. The detail of logging is determined at the project profile level. You are able to setup multiple jobs for different requirements for input and output needs. The project profile can be set to various levels of summary and detail. If out of the box options are not flexible enough, custom import and output modules may be added.

Docuport is a pre-packaged tool allowing you to take full advantage of the strengths of OPEX machines without having to develop further applications. With Docuport, metadata and images provided by OPEX are maintained, fully leveraging the functionality and value OPEX machines bring to the solution.
