Capture

We start where your information is received and help you determine where and how it is stored. A complete document management system begins with capture and we provide capabilities to leverage both traditional production level and distributed workgroup level scanners, as well as various multi-function scanning devices, both central and remote, allowing you to capture information from literally anywhere.

Archive

Understanding your archive needs is critical to KeyMark’s consultative approach to SharePoint users. Once you have captured the information you need, you can archive directly into SharePoint. However, you can also simultaneously or alternatively store information within other repository systems depending on your storage demands, while retaining SharePoint as the interface to that storage archive. You then have the ability to set storage rules on your information; giving you the capacity to set document retention rules that will purge or retain documents depending on your requirements.

Workflow

SharePoint’s native workflow capabilities allow you to initiate, track, report, approve and attribute signatures to documents all from a central interface that is tightly integrated with your Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and web browser. For those users looking beyond these capabilities, KeyMark helps you go a few steps further by looking at your entire business process. We offer a workflow system that includes forms processing, business rules, alternate routing logic, automatic criteria calculation, simultaneous notification, load balancing, reporting, ad hoc workflow, VB scripting, and API functionality for integration with core legacy or ERP/CRM systems. All of these features are accessible from the SharePoint interface.
