Technical Operations
KeyMark’s technical operations department is responsible for delivering KeyMark’s professional services from the implementation of projects to ongoing customer support. The technical operations department is made up of the following teams:
Capture Team
The KeyMark capture team represents the most experienced in the industry with more than 60 years of experience implementing advanced document capture solutions. Our capture team members, who have earned many industry certifications (such as CDIA, Kofax Certified Capture Consultant, AnyDoc Invoice, Kofax Transformation Modules and many more), bring great efficiency to document capture, indexing and data entry tasks through the use of the finest automation tools.
Engineering Team
Members of our technically-oriented engineering team have been providing solutions to customers since 1999. Writing functional specifications, implementing solutions and assisting our support team are just some of the responsibilities of this team of experts.
Our engineering team has been involved in the design and delivery of many solutions that have received industry awards. We’re also proud of the certifications earned by our engineering team including OnBase Product Suite, OnBase Certified Installer, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Certified Document Imaging Architech and others.
Project Management Team
Each client is assigned a project manager. Certified project management professionals, members of the project management team are responsible for planning and managing the delivery of business systems and solutions to KeyMark customers. Project managers work closely with your staff members, fostering a cooperative working environment. Project management team members have financial oversight of the projects under his or her control, are responsible for leading the resources charged to the project and actively control the scope to deliver a successful implementation.
Our project managers are experienced IT project management professionals and hold certifications in project management.
Integration Services Team
KeyMark’s integration services team provides the integration code to tie our solutions into our client’s existing systems. Members of our integration services team have backgrounds and experience in software development and engineering.
Support Team
Long after implementation is complete, we are committed to helping our customers achieve the highest return on their technology investments. KeyMark’s highly skilled and experienced support team goes above and beyond in helping our customers assess and resolve any product issues as quickly as possible.
Access to our support team is available by phone or via e-mail. We are committed to providing professional and responsive customer care. In fact, in a recent technical support satisfaction survey, 93.5 percent of our customers reported that they were pleased with the support we provide.
