KeyMark’s sales team is responsible for growing the presence of KeyMark’s business analysis, consulting, solution design and implementation services in our core vertical markets. Our consultative approach focused on educating and informing prospective customers to ensure they make the best decision(s) for their organizations is a critical and unique approach that differentiates KeyMark from vendors interested in pushing product. The KeyMark sales team prides itself on both its industry knowledge and experience. With domain expertise not only in content management and capture, but also in the vertical markets which we serve, KeyMark’s sales team is often able to provide insight and best practices rarely seen elsewhere in our industry.

Once selected, KeyMark’s sales team are also responsible for nurturing customer relations and engaging KeyMark’s customers as strategic partners to assist in reduction of costs and improved efficiencies associated with transactional processing of business content on an ongoing basis. That consistent relationship has allowed KeyMark to achieve industry leading maintenance renewal rates by our customers.
