LIBERTY, SC, December 1, 2010 – KeyMark Inc., an award-winning document management solution provider, announces Teresa Altemus of the Center for Digital Government as the Keynote Speaker for its annual Government Summit in Columbia, South Carolina.

Altemus currently serves as a senior fellow at the Center for Digital Government. In 1993, she was elected to the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors and became the first woman and youngest member ever to have been elected to the Board of Supervisors.
As a former member of the Gloucester Board of Supervisors, President of the Virginia Association of Counties and President-Elect of the National Association of Counties, Altemus brought a tremendous amount of passion and tenacity to her work that was evident in everything she did. Her advocacy to integrate technology to enhance all public services resulted in planning, funding and securing the new Emergency Services Communication System for her county.
For 15 years, Altemus worked as a Technology Resource/Lab Manager within the public school system. Altemus is a graduate of Rappahannock Community College with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Business Management specializing in Information Systems Technology and numerous technical and computer seminars and conference certificates.
