Position Description

The Solutions Analyst should be a motivated, energetic, technically proficient employee who will team with Enterprise Solutions representative (Account Managers) for the territories he/she covers in various sales capacities. The role of the person is to work hand-in-hand with Enterprise Solutions representatives during the sales process to participate in calls and site visits, architect the solution, perform demonstrations, and address various technical items. The optimal candidate will be motivated, have a great attitude, be able to multi-task, will have excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to work with all levels of management and staff.

The primary focus of the Solutions Analyst role is to generate revenue from new and existing customers by working with the Enterprise Solutions representative. This position can open up to Account Management opportunities if prospective employee shows required skills and aptitude.

Essential Duties & Specific Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities of the Solutions Analyst include performance of the following actions:

  • Answering technical questions for customers and prospects
  • Quoting solutions when requested by sales personnel
  • Preparing demos for the sales team
  • Attending and conducting  customer presentations
  • Contacting customer when requested by the sales team
  • Overall assistance in the sale process
  • Engaging customers and prospects to represent and sell KeyMark Solutions
  • Following up on Leads from partners, vendors and internal marketing department at KeyMark
  • Prepare and submit Quotations, RFI responses, RFP responses, meeting follow-ups and other verbal and written communications required through the sales process
  • Cultivating leads where possible to generate business for KeyMark
  • Attending tradeshows, training classes and seminars as necessary
  • Evaluating Solutions and additional product offerings that may strengthen our Vertical Markets
  • Conduct Demonstrations to potential customer
  • Update management with sales forecast information
  • Train other KeyMark employees
  • If possible participate in sales of KeyMark solutions in other vertical markets
  • Other activities to increase revenues at KeyMark
